Every particle ever detected fits in this table. Matter is made of quarks (red) and leptons (blue), in three generations that are heavier copies of each other. Everything around you is made of the first column alone: up and down quarks build protons and neutrons, and electrons complete the atom. The heavier copies decay in a fraction of a second. The fourth column carries the forces, and the Higgs gives the W, Z, quarks and charged leptons their mass. Charge is in units of the proton's.
