Both families rely on incoming air and vehicle motion rather than a rotating compressor. A ramjet slows its burner flow to subsonic speed; a scramjet keeps supersonic flow through combustion. The animated speeds distinguish those concepts qualitatively. They are not flow solutions or operating conditions for a real engine.
